    Consultancy

    Development of technological solutions for a real client;
    Consultancy is the right department for you if:

    -You have technical knowledge in areas of interest to JUNITEC and are motivated to learn!
    - You are persistent and have great adaptability;
    - You communicate your ideas clearly and are receptive to the opinions and ideas of others.

    Innovation

    Development of ideas with the ultimate goal of launching a startup;
    Innovation is the right department for you if:

    -You have an entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinking, and the vision to find problems and come up with solutions;
    - You have multidisciplinary knowledge and are motivated to learn;
    - You are persistent and have a great adaptability.

    Marketing

    Responsible for social communication, graphic development and dissemination of JUNITEC's image;
    Marketing is the department for you if:

    -You have the motivation and adaptability to learn to work with different types of software (image editing, video, web...);
    - Your ideas flow and you have the initiative to make them happen;
    -You are creative and persuasive;

    Human Resources

    Supports the internal structure of JUNITEC, contributing to the maintenance of a good work culture and team spirit.
    Human Resources is the right department for you if:

    - You are interested in understanding and learning the techniques that companies use to manage people and recruit new talents;
    -You want to focus on the communication skills, organization and versatility of its members;

    RECRUITMENT PHASES

    Application form | 12 FEB - 21 FEB

    Answer the form on the website until 21st February.
    It contains questions to determine your intention when you apply as well as contact information. In the end, it also requires the submission of a CV.

    Group Dynamic | 24 FEB

    It consists in solving a technological case study.
    This will evaluate not only reasoning ability, but also teamwork.

    Interview 26 FEB - 29 FEB

    The interview is composed of several questions, which aim to determine the candidate’s profile, interests, reasons for applying to JUNITEC and type of tasks he/she would like to perform.

    In which year should I apply?

    JUNITEC has no restrictions regarding the year. As long as you are enrolled at IST, you can always apply.

    When can I apply?

    Usually JUNITEC recruitment periods take place at the beginning of each semester, but you can always submit a spontaneous application.

    What are the courses of JUNITEC members?

    JUNITEC is proud to have a multidisciplinary team that includes members from all courses without any restrictions.

    Which department is the right one for me?

    If you don’t know which department is right for you, apply for all the ones you think are most relevant and tell us at the interview. Depending on your performance in the different recruitment phases, and the number of vacancies there are for each department, we can then choose the best one for you together!

    Do you have fixed schedules?

    No, at JUNITEC we do not have a fixed schedule. However, we are motivated by the fulfilment of our tasks and objectives, within a defined deadline, and we are driven by the commitment to finish them.

    Are the members remunerated?

    No. Our motivation is not remuneration. We are rewarded for our work through the experience and knowledge gained, as well as the contacts and connections made during our presence at JUNITEC.
